Sailor Moon Crystal, as predictably as the tides, had started going downhill in the second half of its story arc.  With lots of great set up and interesting characters to fight the Scouts, it looked like things had started to turn around for the show after the disappointing ending to the Silver Millennium story line, but once the Scouts were taken away and we got to the future (where there’s pretty much no one to care about), it started to look grim once again for this series.  Still, the show had Chibi-Usa who has been a consistent bright spot so far, and the way the last episode ended gave us some hope that things were at least going to escalate in an interesting and meaningful way as we approach the end of this story.  Will this episode make good on the promises of the the last episode, or were we just getting set up once again for disappointment?  Let’s find out!!

We’re back with another episode of everyone’s favorite show about time traveling []!  Now the show has been headed towards a train wreck situation for a couple of episodes now like the last story arc did once it hit the midway point.  Still, the potential for this story has been evident since the beginning and there’s more than enough places they could go to make this a satisfying chapter in the anime.  Will this episode begin to turn things around, or am I just an optimistic fool trying to ignore the fact that this show is about to crash and burn in spectacular fashion yet again?  Let’s find out!!

We’re back with another episode of Sailor Moon Crystal!  Now last episode was a pretty big stumbling block, but this episode definitely had a chance to make up for it.  Considering the last episode left off with us being introduced to King Mamrou, this episode will most likely have a lot of information for us which is good considering we’re now at least halfway through the current story arc.  Will we finally get the answers we’ve been looking for, or will this turn into a completely incomprehensible mess!?  After all, we ARE dealing with time travel here!  Let’s find out!!

Last time around, our heroes traveled to the future in the hopes of answering the questions that having been weighing on their minds since Chibi-Usa and the Black Moon started to screw things up in their time.  Now that they’ve finally made it to the Crystal Palace of the 30^th century, they find that Chibi-Usa’s father is standing watch over their fallen queen.  We get to see Chibi-Usa finally reunite with him.  EXCEPT NOT REALLY!  MOON SHOCK!!

We’re back with another episode of everyone’s favorite remake of a much more beloved series form the nineties!  Last time around, the remaining Scouts were actually able to prevent another kidnapping and Chibi-Usa finally decided to tell everyone what the heck was going on.  The story arc overall has been pretty good, but last episode was definitely starting to wear thin, what with it basically repeating what made the episodes before it so good.  Will this episode take the series in a new direction to inject some life into it, or are we in for yet another downward spiral into mediocrity and broken dreams?  Let’s find out!!

The episode begins with everyone reeling over the drama bomb that Chibi-Usa just exploded in their faces.  For those who don’t recall, she reveals that she came here from the 30^th century to try and get Sailor Moon to save the future from some terrible disaster that befalls it.

We’re back with another episode of Dark of the Black Moon!  For the past few weeks, we’ve basically had the same story but they’ve used that time to give some development to the Scouts who AREN’T princesses which I guess makes them less important.  Still, the formula seems to have gotten stale already and we running out of Sailor Scouts to kidnap.  Will Minako get kidnapped like the other three Scouts, or will they finally be able to take the offensive against the Black Moon clan who’s been kicking their asses on a regular basis for the last three episodes?  Let’s find out!!

The episode begins with the remaining members of Team Sailor Moon mourning the loss of Sailor Jupiter to the evil machinations of the Black Moon.  How bad have things gotten for them?  They actually give Artemis some screen time!

We’re back with another episode of Sailor Moon Crystal and boy is getting harder to wait those two weeks for another episode!  With the stakes getting high and the writing getting sharper, are we in for another great episode of this born again series, or is this this the beginning of an inevitable spiral downwards into mediocrity and animation cutbacks?  Let’s find out!!

The episode begins in the aftermath of Sailor Mercury’s kidnapping.  The scouts are now down two members and none of them have any idea what these new foes are after or how to strike back against them.  This causes Usagi to be mopey in her room once again (she’s been REALLY sad this story arc) and so Chibi-Usa’s freaky cat head thingy tries to cheer her up.
